As the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), you will be a key player in our continuous maintenance improvement program through daily troubleshooting and preventative maintenance strategies. The position will work up to a shift millwright, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and maintain uptime in the facilities during production shifts. You'll Do: - Work safely using established SOPs, using all appropriate PPE, following all lockouts and established policies / procedures, and completing FLHRA’s (Field Level Hazard Risk Assessment). - Preventative maintenance and repair of conveyors, various belt and chain transfer and drive systems, sawing, debarking, sorting, stacking, and compressors.
