Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): The Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides senior-level technical and functional expertise supporting the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT), under the PM3S contract. The SME serves as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders and the Project Manager / Functional Lead, ensuring portfolio management systems, governance processes, and reporting solutions are technically sound, compliant, and operationally effective. This role is critical to ensuring PM3S solutions align with HHS EPLC, CPIC, and FITARA requirements while meeting NCI’s business and scientific portfolio management needs.
