Position Title: Production Team Lead-Welding Department: Production Location: Sioux Falls, SD About AGI: AGI Hi Roller manufactures a line of premier commercial enclosed, dust-tight and self-reloading conveyors, designed for installation in grain handling facilities, soy and corn processing operations and industrial operations. It specializes exclusively in the design and application of conveyors which will not only contain dust and spilled materials but will also automatically reload that material back on the carrying surface of the belt. The Opportunity: The Production Team Lead in the Welding department will provide support to the Welding Supervisor in achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals in safety, quality, accuracy and production. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for expediting jobs through the manufacturing process by maximizing resources while reducing scrap/rework. This position will focus on managing workflow, providing technical support, and training staff, rather than performing hands-on production work.
