HR Operations Specialist - Huntingdon (Hybrid Working) The Role: We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our growing People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role, perfect for someone looking to oversee a busy HR Operations team within a fast-paced and growing business. You’ll play a key role in overseeing the HR administration team and wider People activities, working closely with Payroll, Learning & Development, People Analytics and Benefits. You will be proactive, solutions orientated and work at pace with varied responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for the HR administrative team Managing HR processes to ensure HR ticketing queries are answered and escalating accordingly Ensure the HR Operations team works in a timely and accurate way for employee data updates Working alongside our Payroll Manager to support the data accuracy and employee changes they need Oversee the employee benefits processes and that the team respond to employee queries Ensure the team maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Act as a first point of contact for HR...
