The Fit Pros at Chuze lead various high-intensity exercise classes and activities designed to improve participants’ physical fitness and overall well-being. They are knowledgeable and courteous professionals dedicated to creating exceptional fitness experiences, which makes our classes a top choice for Chuze members. Pay Range: $23.26 - 37.81 hr Les Mills Formats: -BodyPump (Regular) Monday or Friday 10am -BodyCombat (Sub) - TONE ( Sub) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants - Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements - Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates - Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean - Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular che...
