What You’ll Do: - Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris. - Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces. - Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition. - Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team. - Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
