Join our dynamic team at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as a Quality Engineer , where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of product and process excellence. You'll drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the creation of industry-leading fitness equipment. As a Quality Engineer , you'll work with the Quality Manager to develop, implement, and coordinate product and process quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products. As a Quality Engineer at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, you will: - Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process, product, and customer complaint related concerns. - Assist Quality Manager in maintaining the quality management system. - Interface with Engineering, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Operations to ensure transfer to production of new products that are in accordance with the approved requirements.
