Noble is looking to hire an Onshore Talent Acquisition Advisor to work a hybrid work schedule at our Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. Noble is a leading offshore drilling contractor where we own and operate one of the most modern and technically advanced fleets. Noble has been engaged in the contract drilling of oil and gas wells since 1921. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to ensure Noble has the right talent to support offshore operations, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs, build candidate profiles, and drive a seamless hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. You’ll develop proactive recruitment strategies, cultivate strong pipelines across Corporate positions, and leverage multiple channels including universities and maritime academies to attract top talent. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail when verifying offshore certifications and coordinating pre-rig training, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records in Workday.
