Refrigeration Technician

Job description

You’ll help install, maintain, and repair facility equipment and systems—including machinery, building structures, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC—while following all company safety and regulatory guidelines. This is an entry-level role where hands-on training is provided to help you build your technical skills and grow within the maintenance team. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning the basics of maintenance. Candidates with HVAC schooling or an EPA Universal certification are encouraged to apply. As you grow in the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend ammonia refrigeration training to expand your knowledge and advance your career. Key Responsibilities: Assist with basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on facility equipment, building systems, and exterior grounds with guidance and support from the maintenance team. Support routine inspections of refrigeration systems while learning from experienced team members.
