Overview The position Pneumatic Technician I is responsible for maintaining pneumatic systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Candidates MUST be willing and able to work project work on land or offshore locations. - Candidates MUST be experienced with the following: - Spotting of instrument locations for support or bracket installations. - Receiving instruments and verifications of instrument data sheets. - Proper installation of instruments. - Proper installation of tubing, tube tray, fittings, bracketing systems and instrument valves per installation details. - Running single line and group line tubing with no instruction. - Fitting up of pneumatic end devices with appropriate SS fittings with close supervision. - Installations of fusible plug loop in accordance with API 14C. - Pressure testing of tubing in accordance with testing specifications. - Working with technicians in all phases of construction and testing to develop proper techniques for advancement. - Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations. - Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters...
