About the job: At Skylight, content designers work on cross-functional teams to strategize and advocate for user-centered content practices, plain language, and inclusivity, all while delivering on business objectives. The work can range from a standalone piece of content, to supporting an end-to-end service journey. Content designers also help design content governance strategies and workflows in a user-centered context. In this role, you'll hit the ground running in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment — coordinating immediately with researchers, designers, engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver against an ambitious vision from day one.
