Senior Producer, Studio Operations

Job description

As an onsite Senior Producer, Studio Operations, you will run daily production delivery while also owning key studio operations that keep the facility, crew, and workflow operating at a high standard. You are the client-facing production lead for assigned account(s) and the on-the-ground operational owner who ensures schedules, merchandise flow, resource coordination, and production quality are executed flawlessly. This is a hands-on production role with operational accountability. Success is measured by delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and workflow improvement.
