Job description

SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Data Analysis Manager who will be responsible for interpreting patterns and trends in available information sources and concisely reporting findings to assist leadership in operational decision making, policy formulation, and other functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to realize solutions that maximize business performance Interpret and analyze information from the analyst team and report findings to leadership to aide in decision making and policy formulation Partner with HR partners and leadership to model the outcome of potential business strategies and implement actions based on information collected and current trends to maximize business performance Consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources Develop, analyze, and model operational, economic, management, and other organizational data Quantify the competitive performance of business segments Evaluate poten...
