Position Overview: As a Chemotherapy Prep Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate and prompt preparation and dispensing of chemotherapeutic intravenous admixtures and other medications. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy Services to ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and clinical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare chemotherapy and other IVs for patient administration - Restock drug orders and supplies - Monitor drug inventory and maintain inventory logs - Clean and maintain pharmacy equipment and workspaces - Restock and maintain crash carts, extravasation kits, and tackle boxes - Communicate effectively with pharmacists to verify orders - Comply with USP 797/800 standards for sterile compoundi...
