Job Description Summary Job Description: As the Sr. C ommercial Operations Data Visualization & Analytics leader , you will be part of the team focused on driving breakthrough capability for the commercial deal factory proposal process. This role will lead the optimization of the commercial deal factory capacity planning process using data to more efficiently deploy global capacity and prediction of customer demand. Specifically, you will: - Partner with cross-functional team on how to utilize system data to assess factory “health” and create enhanced visualization for strategic action taking - Collaborate with global commercial operations teams on re-defining how we align capacity to demand and resulting standard work and training with goal to achieve one-piece flow - Own target to improve (TTI) performance measure, action plan to improve, and problem solving - Partner with Sales Operations team on building a rolling global demand forecast for proposals - Translate complex data into meaningful, consumable insights with clear intent and call to action - Work with cross-functional team to develop skill building plan to systemically shift capacity expertise - Collaborate with various...
