Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, is responsible for assisting with the operation and coordination of custodial services. The CTL oversee day-to-day duties of custodial staff while performing routine cleaning of offices and public areas and maintenance of tile and carpeted floors in COPE buildings. Responsible for accompanying custodial crew members to job sites; observe performance, oversee work training, and provide instruction and assistance accordingly. Promote safe handling of chemicals and follow safety procedures and regulations. Must have a valid AZ Drivers License with an acceptable driving record - see important notes below. Minimum Qualifications: Must have experience in custodial services or related field. Must be able to obtain and retain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card for duration of employment.
