Position Purpose: Decision Analytics associates produce insights that answer key enterprise questions around budget, priorities, courses of action, and important decisions. They develop frameworks for analysis by identifying the right metrics for consistent, effective insights that drive business outcomes. Decision Analytics associates are skilled in advanced analytics and analytical tools and languages such as GCP Big Query, Python, R, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau. While they may have the ability to support model development and AI/ML work, they are primarily focused on internal business insights (i.e., business intelligence). Decision Analytics associates possess the domain expertise to understand the businesses they support with their analysis. Senior Decision Analysts assist in the development of advanced analytics to support the company's strategic objectives.
