Sitting at the heart of our ESG Engagement function, this role offers the opportunity to shape and lead engagement activity across different asset classes, driving meaningful change on the issues that matter most. As a strategic leader and trusted partner to our investment teams, you will oversee firm-wide engagement activity, ensuring it is coordinated, evidenced and aligned to clear objectives. You will lead the Engagement Delivery Group, champion best practice, and help evolve our engagement approach through enhanced processes, tools and reporting.
