We're looking for a warm, organized, and steady Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our front desk and the operational backbone that keeps our clinic running smoothly. If you genuinely light up around new parents and babies, take pride in a calm and well-run space, and have the kind of attention to detail that catches a missing intake form before it becomes a problem - we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do: Be the welcoming presence our patients remember. Greet families warmly, check patients in and out, room them for their appointments, and keep the waiting area clean, calm, and inviting. Refill snacks and beverages, process in-clinic product purchases, and make every family feel cared for from the moment they arrive. Keep the schedule humming.
