Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a DOT Compliance Specialist. Position Summary: The DOT Compliance Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining Cleveland Brothers fleet and driver compliance programs in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and applicable state regulations. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert on DOT compliance, ensuring driver qualification, hours of service, inspections, incident reporting, and regulatory documentation are accurately maintained across multiple systems. Working closely with the Fleet Specialist, Safety, and leadership teams, the DOT Compliance Specialist supports safe, compliant fleet operations through proactive monitoring, training, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
