Project Manager Department: Project Delivery - Zone 2 Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Guelph, ON: Reporting To: Jordan Gilmour: Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 / year Description: Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the engineering consulting sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects, coupled with a strong aptitude for cultivating and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities: Business Development: Responsible for effectively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business. Proposal and Contract Management: Creating and delivering proposals inclusive of scope, fees, and qualifications for public and client RFPs. Client Relationship Management: Responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients. Project Oversight: Assembling and guiding a team of RWDI consultants toward meeting project objectives by overseeing the preparation of documentation developed by the technical team.
