Team Leader Location: Western & South West Sydney Employment: Temporary (1 role, up to 6 months) + Talent Pool Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10 $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and annual leave loading Your role: This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within Housing Services. You will lead a team delivering client-centred services, supporting vulnerable communities and driving strong operational outcomes. This recruitment will also create a talent pool for future Team Leader opportunities across Western and South West Sydney. What you’ll do: As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a client service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across housing and tenancy services. You will manage team performance, support staff development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
