Job Overview The Shipper/Delivery Driver reports to the Warehouse Manager and is a key member of the Shipping Department. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day success of operations by ensuring materials are accurately prepared, safely transported, and delivered on time to active construction projects. The Shipper/Delivery Driver at Toro Aluminum is proactive, reliable, and understands the importance of maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism at all times. This position involves operating a truck-mounted mobile loader crane, coordinating closely with warehouse staff, assisting with order preparation as needed, and ensuring safe handling of inbound and outbound materials. The majority of the workday is spent completing deliveries. As a representative of Toro Aluminum, the Shipper/Delivery Driver is expected to uphold the company’s professional reputation through safe driving practices, clear communication, and respectful interactions at all job sites.
