Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in business operations transformation and change management. - 5 years of experience in Lean methodology, process modeling, and industry best practices. - 5 years of experience in technical program management focused on operational processes and driving critical operational programs. Preferred qualifications: - Certification in Six Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality control. - Experience in data center architecture or technical operations environments. - Ability to influence cross-functional team members and stakeholders to drive alignment and project outcomes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey process improvements to audiences.
