The HR Solutions Manager leads a multiregional team of HR Solutions Partners supporting Operations and IT organisations, ensuring high‑quality, consistent and business‑centric HR delivery across complex, fast‑moving environments. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role translates the Global HR Solutions Director’s vision and HRVP people strategy into clear, prioritised operational plans that enable scale, resilience, productivity and digital transformation.The role partners closely with HRBPs to anticipate demand, manage peaks in delivery, and ensure HR Solutions provides predictable, insight‑led execution across workforce planning, organisational change, talent and employee relations.The HR Solutions Manager provides strong people leadership, building capability across the team in change execution, data‑driven decision‑making, digital fluency and commercial judgement.
