Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular: PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Senior Program Manager directs the overall management of the program management technical and/or non-technical staff function through subordinate managers. This is the top-level manager in this function responsible for productivity, expense levels and asset management. The Senior Program Manager rarely becomes involved in day-to-day operational activities; is more concerned that overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained. Has the primary responsibility for program growth, may be responsible for follow-on business acquisition. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Director of Programs. Frequently involved in several complex projects simultaneously, and the management of multiple project support personnel, Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
