About the Role: The AFLW Assistant Coach will join the Blues on a Fixed Term Contract in a part time capacity (.6 FTE) and is responsible for developing, motivating, coaching, and providing leadership skills to the playing group. This role will report to the AFLW Senior Coach and will communicate closely with and support them in motivating the playing group to perform to their highest level.
