Time Type: Regular Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the integrity of our financial records, overseeing essential General Ledger functions, managing daily cash operations, and ensuring a seamless month-end and year-end close process. Responsibilities: General Ledger Manage daily cash functions, including monitoring bank balances, processing cash receipts, and supporting wire transfers or ACH payments Assist with month-end and year-end financial close process Prepare monthly GL and bank account reconciliations Responsible for preparing various monthly standard journal entries Knowledge of asset management to include capitalization, transfers and disposal of assets Support the reconciliation of warehouse inventory Other responsibilities as assigned to support the team Genera...
