Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission The jobholder is as part of a cross divisional team, based in all divisions across 4 countries and 7 sites responsible for Procurement supplier master data management in run mode, projects and process activities. Managing Master Data and supporting Procurement Users is at the heart of the team’s activities. You are responsible for overseeing and improving the supplier master data quality and the run mode service performance. For this you will need to collaborate with supplier master data experts (data stewards) and functional solution experts (solution/product owner). You will be in charge of implementing and monitoring data quality and service performance measurements, identifying and resolving data quality and performance issues and establishing continuous improvement. The main tasks and responsibilities will include: Further develop the supplier master data services performance through monitoring, improving and industrializing their measurement through KPI´s (like cycle time, rework rate, support rate etc.) and coordinating and drum beating any improvements.
