What Your Day Will Look Like: As a transportation PD&E manager, you’ll lead the delivery community transportation improvement projects from planning, conceptual design through preliminary, and final design phases to construction. You`ll lead a planning team to deliver complex PD&E projects. The transportation PD&E manager reports to the area manager. What You'll Do: - Lead and manage mid- to large-size transportation projects, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities• Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for PD&E projects• Oversee the planning to design for roadway, highway, and traffic engineering projects• Assist in business development and proposal efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes - Provide excellent leadership, team management, communication and mentoring What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred - Project Management experience in Roadway/Highway projects - OpenRoads Design software experience is a plus - Registered Professional Engineer in FL or a...
