Job Summary The Clinical Manager Residential ensures the delivery of quality clinical services to youth and their families by providing clinical guidance and supervision to program staff. This role oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day clinical operations of the program, including hiring, training, clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and safety of youth, families, and staff. This role, in partnership with program leadership, also participates in utilization management. Essential Job Functions: - Ensure a trauma informed approach for staff, youth, and families, including oversight for the clinical content of treatment plans. - Facilitate decision making processes, including the involvement of applicable stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based programs that achieve clinical, organization, and funder objectives. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the provision of high-quality evidence-based, clinical services to youth and their families. - Develop, implement, and maintain systems of accountability to facilitate the integration of services; coach and mentor the team to implement and maintain these systems. - Coordinate youth, famil...
