THE ROLE: At El Car Wash, Regional Managers are how we scale without losing what makes us great. You lead operational performance, team development, and guest experience across 4–7 car wash locations—developing Site Managers who run their businesses independently, owning your regional P&L, and executing company strategy in the field every single day. Reports To: Area Director of Operations Travel: 80–90% within region: Hours: Minimum 50 hours/week; flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Drive regional performance - Oversee daily operations across 4–7 locations — ensuring consistency in service, quality, safety, and profitability at every site. Develop Site Managers - Coach, develop, and grow high-performing Site Managers and ASMs. Your best output is a leader who doesn't need you present to succeed. Own the P&L - Manage labor and operational expenses with full accountability for EBITDA. You know your numbers and you act on them — not just report them. Run structured site visits - Conduct regular audits to evaluate execution, coach leaders, and identify improvement opportunities — not just 'check-ins.'
