This may include helping them to a recliner in their room, walk to the bathroom or down the hall. Assist dismissed patients in getting safely to their vehicles. - Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. - Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
