Position Summary The Plant Superintendent is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of the manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production of beverages while meeting volume, cost, and quality targets. The Plant Superintendent provides strong leadership to production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams and drives continuous improvement across all plant operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance, warehousing, and sanitation - Lead, coach, and develop department supervisors and hourly teams to achieve plant goals - Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for product quality and food safety - Champion safety programs and maintain a zero-incident culture (OSHA compliance, GMPs, HACCP/SQF) - Monitor and control key performance indicators: OEE, downtime, labor efficiency, yield, and waste - Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives - Collaborate with maintenance leadership to execute preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime - Manage plant budget, including labor, materials, and...
