We are currently looking for an Immigration Specialist to join our team in Poland. This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office! ✅ Responsibilities: - Conducting the onboarding process for new hires - Managing the legalisation processes related to the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland - Representing clients before administrative authorities (Voivodeship Offices, Labour Offices, the Office for Foreigners) - Preparing applications for temporary residence permits and work permits for foreign nationals - Drafting and compiling documentation required for administrative proceedings - Coordinating, monitoring, and archiving document flow - Overseeing the preparation and execution of employment contracts ✅ Requirements: - Excellent command of English and Po...
