ABOUT THE ROLE: This position develops and maintains professional relationships with internal partners such as supply planning, finance, sales and marketing, and product management. This position will focus on anticipated changes in the portfolio such as new product introductions (NPIs) and product end-of-life (EOL) events. Also focus on category or group expansion through added variation to current, discontinued or end-of-life products. This role provides the basis for the demand planner to create a consensus demand plan with an organized portfolio and expands to include participation in sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes, as well as contributions to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives.
