Optimize, Scale and Develop – Drive the Future of Renewable Energy with Reonic! At Reonic, we’re on a mission to become Europe’s leading B2B SaaS provider for renewable energy planning. As we rapidly scale, we’re looking for a experienced person to take charge of our operations in Italy, optimize sales processes, and build a high-performing team. If you have experience leading teams, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make a real impact - we want YOU! Please note that for this role a C2 proficiency in Italian is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You’ll Do: Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers - solar installers in the Italian market. Drive Growth – Support sales deals, participate in demo calls, and contribute to the expansion of our Annual Recurring Revenue. Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments. Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
