Position Overview Power Your Future with Qualus in our T&D Canada business as a Health and Safety & Environment Manager. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be based our Vancouver, BC location. The Site-Based HSSE Representative ensures that all site operations meet Qualus’s HSSE expectations and our clients contractor safety requirements. This position provides daily field support, leads safety initiatives, and ensures regulatory and client compliance. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and our Utility clients safety standards. Ensure workers understand and comply with our Utility clients Life Saving Rules. Ensure field teams follow our Utility Clients Safety Practice Regulations (SPR). Verify alignment with our clients Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Standards. Support use of our Utility clients Safety Protection (PSSP) rules. Ensure compliance with Alcohol & Drug Policy for contractors.
