What you will do: - Review and screen incoming candidates for the Campus Visitation department and coordinate interviews on behalf of respective hiring manager within org, using quality judgment to probe candidate strengths and GCU involvement. - Deliver foundational training content to new hires, utilizing a variety of instructional formats and techniques such as role-playing, simulations, exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures. - Identify and incorporate best practices, frequently asked questions, and industry trends into program plans. - Working with department heads, assist in the creation of supplemental learning activities, audio-visual materials, and lesson plans for th...
