Job description

The Director of Implementation & Delivery Management, O&PS is the technical executive responsible for the successful deployment of our solutions to large-scale asset owners and government entities. This leader leads a specialized team of Solution Architects and Consultants who translate complex public sector requirements into technical realities. They manage a high-performing team of Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants, focusing on technical excellence, resource profitability, and product adoption to ensure that owner and public sector infrastructure projects and workflows are executed with surgical precision. Key Responsibilities: Technical Governance & Solution Integrity Architectural Oversight: Serve as the final authority on solution design. Ensure that technical configurations for customers are scalable and align with industry standards (Digital Twins and Asset Management). Technical Risk Management: Identify potential technical "dead ends" or custom code risks early in the lifecycle. Lead the technical "Blueprints" and "Technical Readiness" reviews.
