Overview Westwood Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Communityis hiring a Residentail Care Director. The Resident Care Director is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of resident care in accordance with company guidelines for ACF Regulations. The Resident Care Director is in a leadership role in the community and therefore is expected to maintain professional perspective at all times by demonstrating positive customer service skills in dealing with both external and internal customers. Under the general direction of the Administrator, the Resident Care Director is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and coordinating the resident care staff, supplies, and equipment in such a way that meaningful resident service is established to render optimum resident care.
