Areas of Focus: A Set-Up Operator prepares, calibrates, and operates industrial machinery, ensuring equipment runs efficiently to produce parts that meet precise technical blueprints and quality standards. They are responsible for tooling changes, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime Responsibilities: Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of PPE Intercell Welder (Front/Mid/Back) Shear/Short Tester (Front/Mid/Back) Hydroseal (2 head & 3 head) (Front/Mid/Back) Post Welder (Back Line) Air Testers (Front/Mid/Back) - Understand & practice the Quality policy - Perform all set up and change-over - Must be familiar with set up on all equipment: - Material Staging - First article processing through the Burst Test - Perform preventative maintenance on equipment - Maintain Logs and Records - Understand Work instructions and know where they are posted - Follow and maintain Lean activities (5...
