Job description

- Key Interfaces (Teams) - Nokia Supply Chain Leads - Sourcing & Procurement - R&D Team Leads Product Management: - Core Outcomes (what success looks like) - Optimize supply output to meet or exceed market demand requirements - Align forecasted output to core actionable assumptions - Organize team to deliver timely updates of supply output based on changing manufacturing dynamics - Analyze yield results and recommend improvements to increase output and supply efficiency. - Complete manufacturing Readiness deliverables and targets with plans for all sites to ramp to target - Drive cross-org decisions quickly with data-based criteria - Generate and publish a program plan with clearly defined deliverables, dependences associated with each of the teams. - Track progress relative to plan and report outcomes weekly including accomplishments and key issues / risks. - For significant deviations from the plan establish tiger teams, root causes, corrective actions. - Identify emerging program gaps, dependencies, and drive resolution - Proactively communicate changes in the project plan that could impact the supply outputs - Manage corresponding set of actions needed to drive progress to the...
