MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as may be assigned - Communicate production needs/difficulties to maximize production efficiencies and minimize downtime and waste to achieve daily production targets while adhering to strict quality specifications - Examine and make recommendations on how to improve key processes - Understand the plan for the shift with true accuracy: what is being produced and for which consumer ensuring the highest standard of quality of the product(s) and quantity of each customer order, etc. - Evaluate staffing requirements frequently during the shift through task analysis and communicate with the shift supe...
