Overview Travel : Frequent out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided. Shifts: Pharmacy Remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am) Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing operations of the Construction Department. Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, conducting performance reviews, estimating personnel needs, coordinating and assigning work, assisting with creation of annual departmental capital budget, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines. Job Summary: Responsible for the oversight of the activities associated with facility maintenance and construction within all divisions of KPH.
