POSITION SUMMARY: The 1st shift VAS Operations Supervisor is expected to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure the efficient flow of goods and meet organizational needs. This position is responsible for overseeing employees in multiple warehousing departments to ensure the operation is ran in a company-relevant and cost-efficient manner. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Oversee multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment to complete inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processing activities · Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands · Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods aimed at improving the accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety and security of the operation ·...
