Position Summary: We are seeking an REO Asset Management Specialist to oversee the performance and compliance of third‑party vendors responsible for managing Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. This role ensures that REO assets are properly preserved, marketed, and disposed of in accordance with investor, regulatory, and company guidelines. The position requires the regular exercise of independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance, including financial impact, compliance risk, vendor performance, and asset disposition strategy. This role plays a critical part in minimizing losses, accelerating disposition timelines, and maintaining compliance throughout the REO lifecycle.
