Role Overview We are seeking professional and highly dependable Security Officers to support operations across data center facilities. These sites are critical infrastructure environments supporting global enterprise customers, requiring the highest standards of physical security, access control, and customer service. The Security Officer will play a key role in protecting client assets, ensuring compliance with strict security protocols, and delivering professional front-of-house experience for customers, engineers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and control access to the data center using access control systems, visitor management platforms, and security software. · Verify and authorize access for customers, contractors, and internal teams in line with / security policies. · Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure the integrity of the facility, including plant areas, server halls, and perimeter security. · Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding proactively to incidents or breaches. · Provide professional front-of-house support, including customer check-in, escorting, and audit compliance. · Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in line w...
