Deputy Manager - Birmingham Shared Lives Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: Location: Hybrid / Citywide (based at The Council House) Are you passionate about person-centred care and ready to lead in a dynamic, regulated adult social care service? We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our Shared Lives Team, a service that offers adults aged 18+ the opportunity to live with approved carers in their homes. Shared Lives provides long-term placements and respite breaks, helping citizens build independence, confidence, and community connections - it can be an amazing alternative to Supported Living or Residential Care. The Shared Lives Service is on an exciting transformation journey, and you will be part of a strong team who by working collaboratively with social care workers, wider partners and communities will continue to build and shape the Shared Lives offer.
