The Sportsbook Ticket Writer provides excellent customer service to all guests while creating a fun and welcoming experience within the Sportsbook area. The Sportsbook Ticket Writer must process Sports Betting transactions quickly, accurately and in compliance with all regulatory and payment policies. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who have in interest in Sports Betting 2. Monitor controls designed to assure full compliance with state, federal and tribal regulatory requirements. 3. Maintains betting counters and operational areas; ensures a clean and professional image; ensures betting supplies, racks and materials are maintained and up-to-date 4. Prepare and stock all the daily sports sheets 5. Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds and procedures to guests as needed 6.
